RecruitOps collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our products. With a Microsoft Office 365 account, you can sign into your Office 365 account allowing you to use Add-ins provided by RecruitOps. Signing into your account enables improved personalization, provides seamless and consistent experiences across products and devices, permits you to access Microsoft Office 365 service using Add-ins from RecruitOps. When you sign into your account to access a product, we create a record of that sign in.
Data collected to administer your organization’s licensing account of Apps and Add-ins, such as when you deploy one of our Free Add-ins, create a trial subscription or purchase a subscription. These services are available from Microsoft AppSorce or by getting these products directly from RecruitOps.
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
We will not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected. This means that data will be destroyed or erased from our systems when it is no longer required.
